Tom Kane visited Lambeau Field, the Crown Jewel of the NFL to deliver a presentation to the Wisconsin Bankers Association on integrating wealth management business lines. The sixty-minute presentation guided bankers through the nuances and challenges of executing against and coordinating four crucial components for optimizing results; culture, corporate structure, core competencies and compensation.
